BOOKING PROCESS

Upon signature of our contract, a deposit of 40% of the planning fee is required to confirm our services.

 

To note: • We source and manage the vendors on your behalf, but each service provider is contracted and paid directly by you. We create budget follow-up documents, and we track payments by sending you reminders.

COMMUNICATION

We provide efficient tools to ensure the best communication between us during the whole preparation. The main information (quotes, signed contracts, follow-up documents, moodboards, timeline and so on…) will be provided to you in real time. We truly believe that a good communication between us is the key to a smooth process and create an unforgettable event

ONSITE COORDINATION

Our on-site services start from the arrival of the first vendors and includes: management of all vendors logistics, oversee set-up of all decor and personal items (guests book, favors, place cards…), management of the timeline and flow of events, supervision of bridal preparations, greeting of your guests and direction throughout event. The number of planners and assistant planners required to ensure the on-site coordination depends on the number of guests, the venue complexity and the wedding schedule.
